Pialli,

Passionate about sharing and learning, I believe Creativity and Design Collaboration (Co-Design) can improve people’s mindsets, communities and businesses. I have more than 15 years of Design experience in New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Spain and Mexico. This has given me the ability to identify, address challenges in a variety of contexts.
I am currently a PhD Candidate researching on Decolonising Design and Buen Vivir (collective well-being) in collaboration with Mayan communities at Auckland University of Technology. I have a Masters in Design Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain, a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico and a Technical training diploma in Modern Design and Craftsmanship from Kyoto Institute of Technology, Japan. I am also certified in Educational Orientation and Mentorship, Teaching Abilities, Project Oriented Learning, Case studies and several disciplinary training programs.
I co-authored an e-book about Strategic Design and Management in Mexico and I have worked in Design and Creativity education since 2008. I have experience as an Industrial Designer, Design Consultant, Lecturer, Facilitator, Arts and Culture Manager and exhibited my work internationally.
