Chris is an arts manager/consultant, curator and designer/artist.

Co producer/co curator: The Kauri Project –
initiated in June of 2013 to research and develop community engagement exhibitions, events and activities, using art as a tool alongside science and other cultural activity and knowledge, in order to promote awareness of kauri dieback, kauri biodiversity and the significant role kauri plays in the ecology, history, economy and cultural landscape of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
TKP works with artists, scientist, mana whenua and communities.

Member of the working group to support the Waitākere Rāhui established by Te Kawerau ā Maki.

Advisor/manager to the Hone Tuwhare Charitable Trust – The Tuwhare Trust is restoring Hone's crib at Kaka Point in The Catlins. The Trust will build additional accommodation and facilities and establish a writers/artists residency.

Former manager of McCahon House Museum and Artists’ Residency

co-curated the retrospective Wellington Media Collective exhibition and publication – We Will Work With You –Wellington Media Collective 1978-1998 for The Adam Art Gallery, and St Paul St Gallery, Mangere Arts Centre and Govett Brewster/Len Lye Centre. The WMC will exhibit at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery during April-May 2018.
