Chelita is a practitioner of the Māori Healing Arts including Hau Tapu Breathwork, Mirimiri, Rongoā Māori and Taonga Puoro. She works as a conduit and channel for Ngā Mareikura - the Grandmothers.
Chelita has been a practitioner, Teacher, Guide and Mentor for over a decade and has established a highly valued reputation throughout Aotearoa and around the world. Her kaupapa/purpose has always been to acknowledge, clear, heal, activate and awaken places and its people.
Chelita has over 24 years of experience in event-based Project Management and most recently worked alongside the organising Komiti on the inaugural Ngā Aho International Indigenous Designers wānanga - I Te Timatanga, 2016.
She also worked alongside the Executive and Kai Tahu, organising Komiti to bring forth the second bi-annual International Indigenous Design Forum in Ōtautahi/Christchurch 23rd - 26 Feb 2018. Nā Te Kore.
