I have recently finished my bachelor of architecture degree at Victoria University.
My masters thesis, which is currently under examination, focused on re-contextualising Maori concepts and values back into the current built environment, as these offer many solutions towards a New Zealand architecture that is more sensitive and connected to this unique context of Aotearoa.
To engage deeper with Maori concepts and values has been a fundamental step and beginning to, which will hopefully be, an exciting future.
