Wadestown Road Mural
In my role as Principal Māori Design Advisor at Wellington City Council, I managed the cultural design integration for a public mural commissioned alongside the Wadestown bike lane project, supporting artists lead Manukorihi Winiata and Aidan Walbaekken.

As Principal Māori Design Advisor at Wellington City Council, I supported the cultural delivery of the mural at the corner of Wadestown and Cecil Roads, commissioned alongside the Wadestown bike lane project.
I didn't design the mural myself. My role was about cultural integration inside Council—working with Mana Whenua, artists Aidan Walbaekken (Te Āti Awa, Tainui) and Manukorihi Winiata (Ngāti Raukawa, Te Āti Awa, Ngāti Awa, Tūwharetoa), and transport teams to bring local cultural narratives into the streetscape.
